Justine Sutherland

Justine learned at an early age the importance of connecting to Nature for a strong peaceful body and mind. Her yoga practice continues to provide those gifts. Justine understands that we are all unique; so she provides a nurturing presence for her students to explore their yoga practice; with Light and Fun!

Justine has been teaching yoga for sixteen years and is a Certified Sivananda Yoga Instructor.

Danielle Tallman

Danielle believes that true wellness is already within us, not something we get from an outside source. She also knows that health goes much deeper than the physical. This is the heart of her work as a Certified Yoga Instructor and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. Danielle is trained in Vinyasa flow as well as Prenatal Kundalini yoga, and aims to make her classes accessible to yogis of all experience levels! Her group classes are mainly Vinyasa flow with little bits of Kundalini practice sprinkled in. She hopes they will leave you feeling grounded, energized, and more connected with your spirituality and your breath. 

Danielle grew up in Livingston Manor and now lives with her husband, Jordan, on their small farm in Long Eddy. While she loves exploring different parts of the country, she is happy to call upstate New York home. Danielle's business, Align to Rise Wellness, LLC, provides group yoga classes, private yoga instruction, 1:1 health coaching, as well as corporate yoga & wellness education.  She is passionate about guiding others to connect with their bodies, discover what it means to find alignment, and live well.
